The Refuge at White Oak is a private, gated, wooded property with a wooden lodge, creek-side grounds and room for up to 80 guests.
Every package includes- Use of the lodge’s first floor and its amenities
- 80 chairs, 10 round tables and 6 rectangle tables
- The wedding arbor on site
- Parking help and chauffeur options
- Freshly manicured grounds

How many guests can we have?
Up to 80 people on site, including vendors.
Will anyone else be on the property?
No. We host one wedding at a time, so the grounds and lodge are yours for your booking.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. Caterers must be licensed and insured. We’re happy to share vendors we know.
Is event insurance required?
Yes. Our partner Eventsured offers quick, affordable event liability coverage online.
Is there a music cutoff?
Amplified music ends at 10 PM out of respect for our neighbors.
